New Polyvore Set!

I know I haven't written or posted anything in a while, but I've been quite busy with College stuff, etc. So I decided to do a Polyvore set as a new post!  Originally I was going to make a "What I'd wear to work" set but after a lot of changes this is what came out and I really like it! I totally wear that on a casual winter/automn day. I got inspired listening to Josh Groban - Oceano.
Here's his life performance if you'd like to listen to something new.
I'll keep making new posts throughout the week!

Youth Revolt brand new set

This morning I was really bored over breakfast, so I decided to invest my time in creating a nice outfit with some items I had on my Polyvore account like the All Saints Spitalfields sequin skirt, which is beautiful and I would have hope I wasn't such a scrooge so I could bought it when I could.
So enjoy, rise and shine everyone!

Polyvore Sets!

Set #6 - 03/02/12'

Well I've been pretty bored lately, so I remembered I had a Polyvore account! So why not instead of watching the 6 seasons of The Hills and wondering around the internet, I shall do something productive like creating sets of clothing like I used to. This set came up, not because I like Zoe Saldana which I don't very much although I gotta admit she has a lot of style, but because it was a contest so I said well, why not give it a try? It had to be something original so I added some piece of my own personal items I had on my Polyvore account like the All Saints sandals which I adore, I could say they are must-have for summer because they go with almost everything and they are absolutely adorable!

Set # 4 - 25/07/11'
I made this set on July last year. In this outfit, the main object is the Yves Saint Laurent Clutch due to the colour that out stands and breaks the whole monotony of the outfit. I personally don't like to mix silver and gold, so sticking to the gold "Y" on the clutch, the stud earrings and the watch had to be gold as well. Most people would consider me as a squared minded person since I don't like mixing things such as silver & gold, colours, etc etc etc, you get my point. The thing is, that I like the harmony between clothing pieces, without being too matchy matchy.
Set #2 - 23/07/11'
This was my second set ever made and I was really proud of it because in my opinion it looks really pretty!
I got inspired in Blake Lively's character on Gossip Girl, Serena VDW. I never saw her wearing anything similar, but the style reminded me a lot of her and it was actually something I wore to my friends birthday!
I don't have many pictures because I didn't like how I appeared on them and erased them all but I should have kept some to show my outfit on my blog. So here are some:

What I wore was:
- Animal Print blouse - My mother's closet
- Black leather shorts - Forever 21
- Black Booties - Marquis
- Bag - Chanel
- Black leather jacket - Stradivarius
- Vintage stud pearl earrings - my grandmother's jewellery box

I'll be making more sets to share with you either inspiration ones or from actual outfits I wore!
Here's my Polyvore Profile if anyone wants to check it out:

OPI Matte Nail Polish

I have never been a big fan of nail polished but Revlon's
<- "Hot for Chocolate" which is a beautiful dark chocolate brown nail polish that I can't live without. I wear it all year long on my hand and toe nails. It looks darker when applied, I totally recommend it!

Anyway, since I'm with a cold I've been wondering around all over the internet and found some interesting stuff. Everything I believe it's worth sharing, I've been making posts about it.
So yeah, I found this "new" nail polish by OPI (it was launched in 2009, but I've just found out about it) that has a finish as if you had dipped your fingers in flat wall paint

The colours available in Matte are: Alpine Snow Matte, Gargantuan Green Grape Matte, La Paz-itively Hot Matte, You Don't Know Jacques Matte, Lincoln Park After Dark Matte & Russian Navy Matte.
I love all of them, so I'm going to buy all of them for sure!
The most amazing part is that you can decorate them! This is something I'd like to try:

It has been done with Lincoln Park After dark Matte and some glossy black nail polish. I love how it looks, and I'd like to see how it looks on my nails <3

I'll keep posting interesting stuff I find on the internet !!

Xoxo.

ShoeMint

Hey everyone! Today I was just wondering around the internet and found something amazing I'd like to share with all of you!
Many of you may know Rachel Bilson from The O.C, which is one of my favorite shows that I can't stop watching all over again. Anyway, Rachel Bilson has associated with her stylist Nicole Chavez and Steve Maddem. Personally, I have never been a big fan of Steve Madden but these shoes are really pretty and I'd love to buy many of them.

And these are my favorite shoes of her collection:

All of them are only $79.98 Per Pair, which is a reasonable price for such beautiful shoes!

So here you go:

And enjoy <3
